Angola: China Open to Financing
China limited its financing to Angola even during the previous presidency and has refused to restructure the debt. The poor atmosphere in bilateral relations has also been influenced by decisions by Angola considered unfriendly by China, including the imposition of a renegotiation of the involvement of Chinese interests in the Caculo Cabaça dam projects or the construction of the Dande harbor; Or simply the exclusion of Chinese companies from the Cafu Canal or Lobito Corridor projects.
