Mozambique: Rwandan Force in Cabo Delgado at Risk Due to International Sanctions
The first signs of a crisis in EU-Rwanda relations emerged about a year ago, in response to the conflict in eastern DRC, when the EU decided to reconsider its relationship with Kigali, including the agreement on raw materials, the subject of a memorandum of understanding in FEB.2024 to enter into force in 2025.
