Guinea-Bissau: Regime on a Collision Course with the CPLP
ECOWAS, instead of imposing the return to the pre-coup constitutional order as a condition, as the CPLP did, chose to condition the transition process with the presence of the Stabilization Support Mission deployed in Bissau and delegating the role of mediation and monitoring to Senegal.
