Without the know-how to replace Exxon Mobil in the domestic market, public company GEPetrol resorted to Petrofac Facilities Management Africa Ltd, from the US, to sign a technical assistance agreement for the production of oil and gas that which has been GE's main oil block - Block B of Zafiro.
