The visit to Luanda of one of the US undersecretaries for Agriculture, XOCHITL TORRES SMALL (XTS), initially scheduled for the end of NOV, materialised in FEB. XTS was to be accompanied by a corporate delegation, but its composition proved to be difficult for the US Department of Agriculture and cooperation agencies.
