The recent Economic Forum for Economic Diversification (FEDE) in Malabo, organised by the Ministry of Economic Planning and Diversity (MPDE) hoped to attract foreign capital for the financing of key projects through joint-ventures and public-private partnerships for industrial sectors outside the scope of hydrocarbons.
