The group, founded by HAIM TAIB (HT), an entrepreneur who lived and worked in Portugal before moving to Luanda, has now extended to the financial sector, with the approval by PR JOÃO LOURENÇO (JL) of a EUR 2.5 billion loan from Luminar Finance Limited, a company based in Zurich (Switzerland), but linked to Mitrelli and already associated with the financing of housing and electrification projects in Angola.
