The conclusions and proposals included the urgent implementation of an action plan that would include greater engagement of the consortium with local populations, namely the establishment of a dedicated structure to support projects throughout the province and improvements in the resettlement plan, extending compensation to the affected people, provision of agricultural land and access to fishing areas.
