The processes brought by the Bank of Mozambique (BdM) against executive and non-executive directors of Moza Banco (MB) prior to 2016, when the BdM decided to intervene and nationalize the bank then owned by Moçambique Capitais (MC) and by the Portuguese Novo Banco (formerly Banco Espírito Santo), removing the previous administration, are about to be dropped.
