The denunciations of six councilors from the Municipality of Praia (CMP) against the mayor FRANCISCO CARVALHO (FC), in a context of aggravation of internal conflicts between FC and councilors from the Movement for Democracy (MpD) and two from the Partido Africano da Independência de Cabo Verde (PAICV), his own party, were essentially confirmed by the General Inspectorate of Finance in mid-FEB.2023.
