An envoy from the White House, AMUS HOCHSTEIN, presidential adviser for Energy Security, arrived in Luanda on 08.FEB with a mission that, among other matters, aims to arrange a visit by JOÃO LOURENÇO (JL) to Washington, whose program will include a formal hearing with JOE BIDEN (JB).
