Announced on 01.FEB, the replacement of OS, JORGE AMADO (JA), was imposed by PR CARLOS VILA NOVA (CVN), who shares with the PM powers over Defense, along with Foreign Affairs. JBJ conformed to the name indicated by CVN to avoid creating an institutional crisis, but separated the Internal Administration from the ministry.
