Guinea-Bissau: Absence of Biague Na Ntan Exploited in Military “Coup”
The absence of Bissau of Gen. BIAGUE NA NTAN (BN), chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (CEMGFA), in medical treatment abroad, was allegedly exploited by the military that attacked the government palace on 01.FEV during the Council of Ministers, which took place with the presence of PR UMARU SISSOCO EMBALÓ (USE) and part of the government.
