To make up for the disarticulation identified (AM 1322), the commanders of the FDS, SAMIM and Rwanda (RDF) have been strengthening the coordination of operations, in terms of sharing information and holding monthly meetings between the top commanders of the three forces, and which will include commanders of the European Union Military Training Mission to Mozambique (EUTM), formally active since 03.NOV.

For the next phase of pacification in Cabo Delgado, the main western donors are willing to finance the projects of the government of FILIPE NYUSI (FN). The first project is the Cabo Delgado Reconstruction Plan (PRCD), designed for the districts of Nangade, Palma, Mocímboa da Praia and Muidumbe.
